Our Store Policy & FAQ
Every piece in our store is thoughtfully sourced, restored, or crafted with intention. Many are one-of-one vintage garments or artisan-altered designs—made to be worn, loved, and lived in. Because of the individuality and care behind each item, our policies are designed to honor both you and the creative process. We aim to be transparent, fair, and respectful of your time, while protecting the integrity of the work and the hands that make it. If something truly isn’t right, we will work with you to make it right—thoughtfully and with care.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Standard orders ship within 5–8 business days after purchase.

Items requested for tailoring require additional time. Please allow 10–15 business days for completion prior to shipment.

All timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to volume, material sourcing, or artisan production schedules.
One-of-One & Vintage Nature:
All items are vintage, handmade, or one-of-a-kind. Natural signs of age, wear, and character are part of the story and charm of each piece. We carefully inspect and describe all items to the best of our ability, including any notable imperfections.
Tailored & Customized Orders:

Tailored items are made specifically for you and cannot be altered, returned, or credited once production begins.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements.
Order Changes & Cancellations:

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not begun.

After this window, all sales are considered final.
Returns & Store Credit Policy:

Final Sale Policy:
All items are final sale and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds to original form of payment.
However, we do offer store credit in limited, reasonable circumstances outlined below.
Eligible for Store Credit:
Store credit may be issued if one of the following occurs:

Item Arrives Damaged

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer must provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Damage must not be caused by wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

We will provide return instructions and issue store credit once the item is received back in original condition.

Missing Item from Order

If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve promptly.

Not Eligible for Store Credit:
Store credit will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Fit issues on non-defective items

Damage caused by washing, wearing, tailoring, or mishandling

Items altered by the customer or a third party

Tailored or customized pieces once production has begun

Claims made outside the stated reporting windows

Items returned with new damage, odors, stains, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to deny store credit if an item shows evidence of intentional damage, excessive wear, or misuse in an attempt to obtain compensation.

Store Credit Terms:

Approved store credit is issued digitally and never expires.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credit may be used toward any future purchase, including one-of-one pieces.
